We are seeking a **Team Member Relations Manager** to support our **Physician Residents and Core Faculty** in all human resource functions. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws and residency program requirements.

The Manager, Team Member Relations is responsible for:

+ The coordination of human resources functions including employment, team member relations, team member services, reward and recognition, regulatory compliance, team member communication and overall operation of the Team Resources Department.

+ Serve as a dedicated HR partner for Physician Residents and Core Faculty, guiding them through HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment matters.

+ Manage the Resident Remediation process, ensuring appropriate support and adherence to ACGME requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

+ **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources** or a related field.

+ **Preferred:** Master’s degree in **Human Resources** or a related field.

Experience:

+ **Required:** 5 years in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in Employee Relations.

+ **Preferred:** 3 years of management experience.

+ Experience in HR functions supporting Physician Residents, including:

+ Resident remediation processes

+ Compliance with employment laws and accreditation standards
