    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

    + Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

    + Record and report operational data accurately.

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize plant performance.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    + Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.

    + Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.

    + Manual dexterity to operate machinery and tools.

    + Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Must be able to work in varying shifts and overtime as required.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
