    Job Description​

    As a member of the Project Management Office, the Operations Project Consultant is part of a team of Consultants responsible for guiding the organization in solving complex business issues from strategy through execution.

    Skills and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

    + Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems

    + Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences

    + Translate strategic initiatives into operations

    + Enable rapid redesign of business processes to achieve greater efficiencies and adapt business models to industry changes

    + Develop and implement innovative, data-driven solutions to enhance business processes and performance

    + Lead project teams, emphasizing the ability to build collaborative relationships with team members including but not limited to: the medical staff, nursing and other clinical areas, administration, and operational/support services to drive projects to execution

    + Work autonomously with little direction

    + Manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data

    + Own and deliver projects - including bringing together the right perspectives, identifying roadblocks, and integrating feedback from all stakeholders and team members

    + Deliver significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and individual initiative

    + Build productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback

    + Utilize pragmatic approaches to achieve sustainable financial results and operational models

     

    The selected candidate will gain technical skills and critical professional behaviors to expand upon previous experience, knowledge and skills.
