Our customers include residential homeowners and industry professionals, Insurance Adjusters, National Accounts, field plumbers, building contractors, apartment managers and restoration/mitigation specialists.  American Leak Detection is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR).  As one of the points of contact with technician reporting and customer account balances, CSR’s/Data Entry are very important to our operations and must provide excellent customer service. This CSR Position starting pay is $17 a hour. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to goal our team looking for a career over finding just a job.    Base Starting Salary:  $17 a hour Position includes: * Hourly pay * Overtime Pay (as applicable) *  Paid Travel Time (as applicable) *  Medical, Dental, Prescription Benefits * Paid Vacation * Paid Sick time *  Paid holidays Qualified candidates must be able to do the following: * Proficient with MS Office, Exel, Word, Windows. * Answer calls, take notes, and record information accurately such as customer's name, address, service needs, etc. * Prepare work orders, schedule service calls, and dispatch technicians to the appropriate jobs. * Keep records of service calls and work orders. * Dependable and have Reliable transportation.  * Must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, respond to questions from managers, other employees, clients, customers, and the general public. * Experience working with maps, knowledge of geographical area, and giving directions. * Excellent communication, strong writing, analytical, and creative skills. * Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information relayed is essential. * Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and other software programs. * Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the company. * Filing and organizing daily paperwork. * Manage multiple tasks and handle high stress situations. * Type 45 WPM/ 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/One Drive) * Proficient in grammar, spelling and punctuation. * Manage multiple task and provide service information American Leak Detection is looking for a candidate that can deal with a steady call volume, completing assignments by a deadline and someone who is proactive, that will notice any procedure/policy failures and/or corrections.  Also looking for a candidate with the ability to deliver assignments professionally at a very fast past and someone that is looking for growth within the company.
