    Description

    Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a talented Trusts & Estates Attorney with tax experience to join our Tax, Trusts & Estates practice with our client in Boston. Serve high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries in estate planning, trust/estate administration, and tax matters, including income, gift, and estate tax return preparation. 1800 hour billable requirement, great pay and benefits.     Responsibilities:

    + Draft complex estate plans tailored to tax and legal considerations.

    + Handle trust and estate administration, including probate and accounting preparation.

    + Oversee tax reporting and fiduciary, gift, and estate tax filings.

    + Collaborate with colleagues and support practice growth.

    Requirements

    + Qualifications:

    + J.D. with 2–5 years of experience in trusts, estates, and tax law (more experience welcome).

    + Skilled in estate planning, probate process, and tax preparation.

    + LL.M. in Taxation or CPA strongly preferred.

    + Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellent client service.
