Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Key Responsibilities
+ Engineering Change Management (ECM): Support ECM processes to ensure design changes and product improvements are implemented efficiently and cost-effectively.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to drive continuous improvement in current production parts.
+ Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain supplier relationships, monitor their performance, and define corrective actions to improve quality and delivery metrics.
+ Program Supply Chain Deliverables: Drive supply chain contributions for engineering product development programs.
+ Risk Mitigation and Continuity of Supply: Lead continuity of supply initiatives through improvement processes, critical resourcing, and risk management strategies.
+ Negotiation & Agreements: Negotiate supply agreements (e.g., Last Time Buy), aligning with organizational objectives for cost, quality, and supply reliability.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
+ Working knowledge of supply management processes such as sourcing, contracting, and negotiations.
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and/or proven ability to quickly learn new processes.
+ Strong skills in interpersonal communication, professional negotiation, and conflict resolution.
+ Familiarity with supply management/procurement areas, including strategic sourcing, supplier integration, module supply, scheduling, cost reduction, etc.
+ Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multi-task, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced office setting.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Supply Chain Experience: Industry-specific expertise to add extra value to the role.
+ SAP Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with SAP tools.
+ Electronics Industry Background: Understanding of manufacturing and materials specific to electronics.
+ Experience working on global teams or with global products.
+ Degree in Supply Management, Business/Management, or equivalent field.
