Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. As part of our team, you'll be primarily dealing with recipe data, managing it in our proprietary software, and ensuring its accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate input of recipe data and related details into our proprietary software.

• Update and validate existing database entries as needed.

• Ensure adherence to established input methods and business rules.

• Verify arithmetic values such as yield and portion size used in recipes.

• Skillfully navigate between multiple projects, demonstrating flexibility as project needs shift.

• Maintain open lines of communication with other departments and management.

• Understand and accurately transcribe Chef's needs into recipes.

• Conduct Internet research to validate or correct inaccurate data.

• Show initiative in the workplace as needed.

• Quick to learn new concepts and unafraid to ask questions when needed.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the manager. Requirements • Possession of 10 Key Skills is a must for efficient data input.

• Proficiency in Customer Service to handle client inquiries and concerns effectively.

• Strong Data Entry skills are required for accurate and timely input of information.

• Ability to manage Email Correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience in Organizing Files to maintain a well-ordered and efficient workspace.

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately for data validation.

• Skilled in Scanning documents for digital storage and retrieval.

• Fast and accurate Typing skills to ensure efficiency in data entry tasks.
