Robert Half Legal is seeking an experienced attorney to join our dynamic team in RI or MA. Responsibilities:

+ Transactional Expertise: Provide expert legal counsel on a variety of real estate matters, including commercial and residential transactions, Single-Family Residential (SFR) projects, and bulk sales.

+ Business Development: Proactively generate new business through networking, marketing, and community engagement efforts, with a focus on building and expanding a personal book of business.

+ Transaction Management: Handle real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring all documentation is thorough, accurate, and compliant with legal standards.

+ Client Representation: Represent clients during negotiations, disputes, and mediations, offering strategic advice and safeguarding their best interests.

+ Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams and departments to provide integrated and seamless client services.

+ Legal Knowledge: Continuously stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in real estate law to enhance the client experience and firm strategy.

Requirements

+ Requirements:

+ License to practice law in Rhode Island or the ability to waive into RI from MA/CT after hire

+ Candidates licensed in Massachusetts or Connecticut will be considered, with the expectation of fulfilling Rhode Island licensure requirements (must complete essay portion if waiving in from MA to RI).

+ Strong commitment to business generation and client relationship building

+ Having an established book of business is preferred but not required—however, candidates must demonstrate a desire and ability to grow their book significantly
