Description Help Desk Analyst II
IT Helpdesk & General Support
Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Guide users on software applications, network access, and security best practices.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including setup and configuration of new devices, accounts, and security protocols.
Assist in the maintenance of the asset management system, ensuring up-to-date tracking of IT assets and services.
Perform basic system administration tasks to ensure appropriate user access and permissions.
Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather technical requirements for IT projects.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Support HIPAA security compliance in collaboration with the Information Security Officer.
Help implement cybersecurity best practices, including access controls and endpoint protection.
Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and incident response as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
College coursework or training in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
Minimum of 3 years experience
IT support and troubleshooting experience.
Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
Experience with network file sharing and collaboration tools.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Experience managing IT projects from planning to implementation.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)
Cybersecurity experience (e.g., access control, endpoint protection).
Working knowledge of the HIPAA Security Rule.
