    Positions: Full-time & part-time positions available!

     

    Pay rate: $21.63 hr.

    WORK SCHEDULES:

    + 6am - 2:30pm / 2pm - 10:30pm / 10pm - 6:30am

    DUTIES:

    + Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.

    + Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors, guests.

    + Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining security logs.

    + Monitoring a CCTV system.

    + Vehicle and Foot patrols of the interior and exterior.

    + Checking in authorized personnel onsite.

    + Working a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer.

    + Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills.

    TO SUCCEED AT METRO ONE:

    + Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.

    + High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.

    + Ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.

    + Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.

    + Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    + Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to attain one.

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Military Preferred, with a minimum of 2 or more years of active service in any military branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge

    + 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience/corporate customer service
