Concrete Paver Operator – Beaumont, TX

Southland Holdings is seeking highly motivated Concrete Paver Operators to join our construction team in Beaumont, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company with a strong legacy of delivering critical infrastructure projects across North America.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate a concrete paver to spread, level, and smooth concrete surfaces according to project specifications.

+ Adjust machine settings to control the flow, depth, and consistency of concrete placement.

+ Work closely with ground crews, finishers, and other operators to ensure a smooth and efficient paving process.

+ Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed.

+ Follow strict safety protocols and identify potential hazards on the job site.

Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience operating concrete paving machines or similar heavy construction equipment.

+ Background in heavy civil construction with experience in concrete paving operations.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

+ Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
