    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Physical Therapist** to work in **Vacaville, CA** . These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $63 / hour

    *W2

    Shift Details:

    + Monday & Friday 6am-230pm (will also accept 10 hour shifts)

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation

    + Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery

    + Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress

    + Record and document patient care services

    + Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 1 year previous working experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field

    + Ability to handle physical workload

    + Ability to build rapport with patients

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

    + Must have up to date credentials in the state of **California**
