Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

What will you do?

+ Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy

+ Observe and document any alcohol-related issues

+ Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service

+ Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work

+ Assist with alcohol cut-off

More about you

+ Must be at least 21 years old

+ Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels

+ Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Physical requirements

+ Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand

+ May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
