    Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

    The individual selected for this position will build Micro-Electronic sub-assemblies. Working in the MRSI Cell. Selected individual will work dispensing epoxy and place components manually and with automated MRSI equipment. The MW West Microwave Factory builds a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, F22, and FIRETIP.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Typically a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience

    + Be able to work under a microscope for extended period of time

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Experience working with microwave subassemblies

    + Knowledge of MIL STD 883

    + Be able to obtain Secret Clearance

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
