We’re on the hunt for a bold, creative Strategic Account Manager (SAM), who will be responsible for developing digital marketing recommendations and advertising campaigns that generate superior outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who is a team player at heart – someone who wants to win together.

You will work with our Account Executives, Local Sales Manager, and Director of Sales to drive digital innovation in the market
+ What You’ll Do:
+ Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans that achieve client objectives and exceed personal, team, and company revenue targets.
+ Conduct in-depth needs assessments and develop customized media strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and budget.
+ Crafts in-depth marketing strategies and breaking them down into simple, understandable concepts.
+ Accompany Account Executives on “four-legged” call situations
+ Drive digital revenue through our suite of Core digital and audience extension products.
+ Use data analytics to identify insights, optimize campaign performance, and provide data-backed recommendations to clients. Continuously monitor KPIs and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
+ Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to co-present strategic proposals, provide technical expertise, and ensure a seamless sales process.
+ Train and mentor AEs to enhance their understanding of digital products.
+ Potentially conduct educational forums / seminars for clients.
+ Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
+ Manage order entry, oversee billing reconciliation, coordinate creative changes, pull reports, and handle digital task assignments efficiently.
+ Other duties as assigned.

+ What You’ll Bring:
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools to drive business growth.
+ 2+ years of digital marketing or media sales preferred utilizing products such as CTV/OTT, targeted video, display, email, SEM, social and more.
+ Self-motivated, enthusiastic personality able to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Excellent communication and client presentation skills
+ Proficiency in Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to interact confidently with high-level decision-makers and business leaders.
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
+ Willingness to learn and master in-house sales systems.
+ Professional appearance is a must.
+ Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
