    Practice Details

    * Department has a multi-disciplinary practice style

    * Position consists of pain management through procedures, medications, psychology, sleep medicine, physical therapy, integrative health, and nutrition

    * Management of medications including non-opioid & opioid for select patients (not many)

    * Managing patients with intrathecal pain pumps

    * Outpatient based department with ambulatory surgery center block time

    * Strong referral network from both internal and external providers

    * Very strong relationship with orthopedic, podiatry, and sports medicine department who is a primary contributor to the spine clinic within the institution

    * Sanford’s Pain Management Services provides outpatient service weekdays only (no call on weekends or evenings)
