    **Flexible Shifts** – Must be open to **4x10 schedules** (Monday – Thursday) on **both day and night shifts** with weekend overtime when available.

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as **Entry-Level Painters / Preppers** at one of the leading aerospace manufacturers. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge aircraft while developing valuable industry expertise.

    Your Role:

    + **Surface Preparation** – Sand and prep aircraft and parts using both hand and machine sanding techniques.

    + **Masking & Protection** – Properly mask aircraft components using various materials (tape, paper, plastic) to prevent overspray.

    + **Painting & Buffing** – Support painting processes by assisting with primer, topcoat, and clear coat applications under supervision.

    + **Detail Work** – Ensure smooth finishes, correct sanding applications, and final polish as needed.

    + **Safety & Compliance** – Follow all PPE requirements, including passing a respirator fit test.

    What You Bring:

    + **Minimum 2 years of experience** in sanding, prepping, and masking surfaces.

    + Understanding of **grit types and sanding techniques** for different stages of painting.

    + Ability to **lift up to 25 lbs** , climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

    + **Buffing and polishing skills** are a plus but not required.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    Bonus Points:

    + Candidates **should be prepared to provide a portfolio** of past work during the interview.

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $38.00 per hour
