Bachman’s Maintenance department has openings for an individual who is skilled in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and communication.

Position Duties:

+ Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.

+ Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.

+ Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.

+ Operate low pressure boilers.

Qualifications:

+ EPA certification, preferred

+ Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.

+ Valid driver's license.
