The Arc Wayne in Newark, NY is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and driven full time Job Coach to make a difference every day and support people in developing their work skills in our Janitoral Services Program. In this Job Coach role you will have the opportunity to work with people one on one or in a group in a variety of settings. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and have fun while doing it! You won't spend much time sitting at a desk, and will be working directly with participants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help people develop and reach their goals.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 12 pm - 8 pm, full time

Job Coach Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ One year of work experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or in a vocational rehabilitation setting preferred.

+ Must possess a valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency driver standards.
