• Flex Security Lead Officer

    What is a ''Flex Officer"? This position requires officers to travel to all sites within the branch to provide professional security solutions to clients as our recruitment team works to fill open role, fill in for temporary details, special events and more.

     

    **Pay:** $24/hour

    **Schedule:** Must be available to work all shifts (days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays)

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide security coverage at various client sites within the assigned region.

    + Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.

    + Act as a resource to the Flex Team, offering guidance and support as needed.

    + Monitor and respond to security incidents, escalating issues as appropriate.

    + Assist with training and onboarding new Flex Team members.

    + Collaborate with site leadership to maintain high standards of safety and security.

    + Prepare detailed reports on inspections, incidents, and daily activities.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 1 year of security experience (supervisory experience preferred).

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

    + Valid Driver's license

    + Excellent computer knowledge

    + At least 18 years old

    + Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
