    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete and other materials.

    + Monitor and adjust plant settings to ensure quality and efficiency.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery.

    + Coordinate with delivery drivers and other team members to ensure timely production and delivery.

    + Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong understanding of batch plant operations and equipment.

    + Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

    + Excellent communication and coordination skills.

    + Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    What We Offer

    + $29.42 - $38.88 per hour
