**Deburr** **Technician** – Experienced Required

The pay rate depends on experience!

Responsibilities

+ Grind, file, or sand surfaces of metal items, utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machines.

+ Examine surfaces to find defects.

+ Remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces.

+ Set up and operate deburring machines, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy in the deburring process

+ Inspect machined parts for quality assurance, identifying defects, and taking corrective actions as necessary

+ Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on deburring equipment to minimize downtime

Required Qualifications

+ Resume should include experience related to this job is a must!

+ Proven experience as a Deburring Machine Operator or Deburr Technician.

+ Experienced with grinder, accelerator, breaking down parts.

+ Physically able to lift 30 pounds, lots of movement.

+ Operate a forklift.

+ Understanding of machine processes and deburring techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications of blueprints.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

**Alternative Work Schedule:** Monday – Thursday 4:30 AM – 1:10 PM (4 days 10 hours equaling a 40 regular hour work week.
