Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking a QA Analyst to join their team. As a QA Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various agile teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative work approach which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** QA Analyst

REQUIRED:

+ Strong database, ETL, data testing experience - this is key...

+ Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries using joins and testing database changes.

+ Experience executing Unix commands.

+ Client uses Selenium and Tosca so experience with these tools is preferred

+ Banking experience is a huge plus

**Location:** Charlotte, NC - hybrid

(we are unable to relocate candidates - must be local to Charlotte or Plano)

**Pay Range:** $55-60/hr W2

(due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)

What's the Job?

+ Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional requirements.

+ Automate test cases using tools like Selenium and Tosca and database testing.

+ Execute all levels of testing, including Functional, Integration, and Regression testing.

+ Collaborate with the development team for defect triaging and provide timely solutions.

+ Document and troubleshoot defects efficiently throughout the Agile product lifecycle.

What's Needed?

+ Technical BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field.

+ A minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Testing, including 5 years in Automation testing.

+ Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries and executing Unix commands.

+ Familiarity with test management tools like qTest or Octane.

+ Experience with Selenium and Tosca.

+ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with globally distributed teams.
