About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager (Customer Service) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to enhance our sales processes while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, supporting our sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience—all while contributing to a workplace where people love coming to work. You’ll act as the liaison with marketing, sales, planning and production teams to analyze customer feedback and develop programs to improve the experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract furniture or a related industry and a strong ability to streamline operations while supporting sales initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
+ Sales Operations & Process Excellence:
+ Streamline and optimize sales processes to empower our sales team and improve efficiency.
+ Manage CRM to ensure data accuracy, pipeline tracking, and insightful reporting.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide transparency and accountability.
+ Implement best practices for quoting, pricing, and order processing, ensuring smooth execution.
Collaboration & Culture Building:
+ Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align goals and support business success.
+ Foster a positive, supportive, and high-energy work environment where collaboration thrives.
+ Support sales operations team with development through training, coaching, and process guidance.
+ Champion a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and shared success.
+ Customer & Dealer Experience Enhancement:
+ Ensure a seamless end-to-end sales process that enhances the experience for clients and dealer partners.
+ Oversee order management and coordination between internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ Act as a problem-solver for sales team challenges, helping to remove roadblocks and improve service.
Strategic Sales Planning & Analytics:
+ Track and analyze key sales metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
+ Collaborate on forecasting, pricing strategies, and market trend analysis.
+ Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Position Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
+ 5+ years of experience in sales operations management, preferably in the contract furniture or a related industry
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related study or equivalent.
+ Strong leadership skills with a passion for building a positive and engaging workplace culture.
+ Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
+ A team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
+ Experience leading performance and process improvement projects.
