Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the insurance industry, based in CONSHOHOCKEN, Pennsylvania. The role primarily involves administrative duties in an office setting, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
• Handle a variety of communication tasks such as conference calls and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting using Office Suite and Workday.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effectively use CRM, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and Kronos Timekeeping System for various administrative tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and About Time software for various tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to customer accounts and take necessary actions. Requirements • Position: Executive Assistant
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role
Key Skills:
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, demonstrating ability to manage financial tasks efficiently
• Experience in using Cisco Webex Meetings, showcasing ability to coordinate and handle virtual meetings effectively
• Familiarity with Concur, indicating competence in managing travel and expenses
• Proficiency in CRM, demonstrating ability to manage customer relationships efficiently
• Experience in using Kronos Timekeeping System, showcasing ability to manage and track employee time
• Familiarity with About Time, indicating competence in managing project time and costs
• Proven ability in Calendar Management, showing organizational skills and ability to schedule and prioritize appointments
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with all levels within the organization
• Experience in setting up and managing Conference Calls, demonstrating ability to coordinate and handle group communication efficiently
