Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contractor – E-Communication Investigations Reviewer in Dallas, TX. The primary function of this role lies within the industry of e-communication investigations. As an E-Communication Investigations Reviewer, your main duties will involve reviewing and analyzing e-communication data, generating reports, and communicating findings to the security team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze e-communication data for potential security and HR-related issues.

• Use internal e-communication tools, like Everlaw, to facilitate investigative reviews.

• Synthesize large volumes of data into clear, executive-level summaries.

• Generate comprehensive reports based on investigative findings.

• Communicate effectively with the security team and senior HR managers through both verbal and written briefings.

• Assist in the triage of investigative matters and relay them to the relevant teams.

• Collaborate with the broader internal investigations team through cross-training.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail in all investigative work.

Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in training and cross-training team members

• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing complex data sets

• Knowledge of time management and task prioritization

• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining robust security protocols

• Proven ability to conduct thorough data analysis

• Experience in liaising with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-Suite

• Strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards

• Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve goals

• Proficiency in briefing and presenting information in a clear and concise manner

• Ability to work onsite when necessary

• Experience in preparing and presenting summary reports

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Experience with document review and analysis

• Skilled in triaging tasks to ensure efficient workflow

• Comfortable with in-person meetings and discussions

• Experience in conducting internal investigations

• Ability to write an executive summary of complex information

• Knowledge of eDiscovery tools and processes
