Description

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our client's team located in Miami, Florida. Our client is a well-known publicly traded company that is looking for a Business Analyst that will act as lead in helping set up strategic direction while leading analysts in an effort to align business goals with technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, your main function will be to analyze and streamline business processes, create strategic business initiatives, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and streamline business processes to enhance productivity and efficiency

• Develop strategic initiatives for business analysis activities

• Generate and maintain reports using Power BI and Hyperion - create dashboards

• Conduct FP& A Analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Manage the creation of Business Requirement Documents to ensure all business needs are met

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

• Support the overall business analysis function in the organization

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of detail-oriented experience as a Business Analyst

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle data analysis and reporting tasks.

• Deep understanding of Business Process Functions

• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents, detailing system inputs, processes, and outputs.

• Expertise in Hyperion Financial Reporting for the purpose of providing robust financial reports.

• Proficiency in Hyperion Planning to facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Demonstrable experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence tasks.

• Strong Business Analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
