    We are seeking a self-motivated and dependable Groundskeeper to join our team . The Groundskeeper will play a vital role in ensuring that the grounds of the community are attractive, orderly, and healthy.     Job Details:

    + Property: Laurel at the Woodlands - 3724 Woodland Mills Dr., Louisville, KY 40216

    + Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week).

    + Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    + Compensation: $ 20.00 per hour

    + Sign-On Bonus: $500 ( Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more).

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    + Some e xperience in groundskeeping and/ or basic maintenance.

    + Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

    + Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    + Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    + Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

    Responsibilities:

    + Inspects grounds daily for needed repairs such as gutters, downspouts, roofing, siding, water leaks, HVAC units, etc.

    + Keep walkways, driveways, and other areas free from debris and litter.

    + Plant, weed, and water flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape.

    + Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and leaf collection.

    + Assists with maintenance work orders.

    + Completes make-ready process of vacant units as directed by the Property Manager, including repairs, cleaning and painting.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.
