Job Summary: Review and maintain EPIC work queues. Communicate with insurance carriers via web, phone, and fax to obtain benefit and authorization requirements. Processing pre-service authorizations for radiology advanced imaging, injectable medication, DME, and surgical procedures. Communicate with physician offices and facilities to notify of authorization status.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School degree or equivalent and two years clerical support in a medical billing setting. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of medical authorization submission preferred.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm
