As a Loan Closer, you’ll be the bridge to homeownership by managing closing schedules, preparing accurate documentation, and ensuring a seamless process for our customers. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will make you an integral part of our success.

This position is based on-site in our NVR mortgage offices.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare initial and final closing disclosures and documents within deadlines

+ Coordinate with title companies and process funding wires

+ Review signed packages for accuracy before shipment

+ Ensure files meet quality standards and clear conditions

What We’re Looking For

+ 1+ year of loan closing experience (preferred)

+ Knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting, and compliance (preferred)

+ Excellent customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Effective multitasking and communication abilities

+ A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency
