    What You-ll Do

    Required skills:

    - 10+ years- experience in software product delivery disciplines and activities (i.e., product management, business analysis, testing, and project management activities); including delivery adhering to Agile methodologies and the SDLC.

     

    - 8 years in project/program management at the detailed level, working with multiple interdependent teams.

     

    - ServiceNow with SaaS implementation

     

    - We need ServiceNow as Module experience and not just Certification or Project Management tool.

     

    - Highly organized.

     

    - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

     

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     

    - Strategy and change management skills.

     

    - Experience with waterfall, hybrid, and agile solution development methodologies

     

    - Experienced in creating and updating a detailed project plan.

     

    - Understands multiple projects and how to integrate them into a business solution.

     

    - Ability to articulate tech jargon and translate tech concepts to business sponsors.

    Preferred skills & Technologies:

    - Microsoft Project

     

    - Proficiency with Visio diagrams and decision trees

     

    - Experience with project portfolio management software such as Eclipse or ServiceNow

     

    - Microsoft Office

     

    - Microsoft Outlook

     

    - Microsoft Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS

    - JIRA

    - Document Management System (DMS)

     

    Minimum education qualification

     

    - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,

    Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
