POSITION: Part-Time Parking Attendant

DEPARTMENT: Events Services

REPORTS TO: Director of Operations and Event Services

Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Part-Time Parking-Lot Attendant for ASM Global/Sames Auto Arena.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:

+ Smile, make eye contact, and be courteous!

+ Greet each guest in a warm, friendly manner.

+ Directing traffic in the parking areas surrounding the facility.

+ Placing and removing necessary parking signage; including the placing and/or removing of traffic cones for Drop-off/Pick-up area.

+ Making sure correct passes for VIP parking are allowed in VIP Parking Lot.

+ Ability to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends and holidays. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.

Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

+ Previous customer service experience required.

Skills and Abilities

+ Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) will be strongly preferred.

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
