Position: Automation Process Controller

**Schedule:** Friday to Sunday | 6AM-6PM OR 6PM-6AM

**Pay Rate:** $24-25/hour - based on experience

Take charge of warehouse operations by planning and virtually monitoring workflows to ensure products are completed on time! You'll troubleshoot equipment and system issues, collaborating with the right teams to find quick solutions—all while maintaining top-tier safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

+ Plan and virtually monitor warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time product flow.

+ Optimize system capacity by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.

+ Track system performance, minimize downtime, and implement improvement plans.

+ Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for complex control system issues.

+ Collaborate with technical teams to establish best practices for automated warehouse operations.

What You Bring:

+ At least **1 year of experience** in an automated warehouse facility.

+ Proficiency in **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

+ Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

+ Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (-20°F cold storage to 100°F dry storage) with provided protective gear.

+ Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if needed.

+ Ability to adapt to varying noise levels in a busy warehouse setting.
