    Job Description

    As a finance team member of the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product line, you will work the proposal, baseline, execution, and closeout process of the programs you lead. This is a unique opportunity to experience an entire program life cycle, which is not common in the ES Sector.

    Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.

     

    This role will be conducted in a **Hybrid Remote capacity** , with the **individual splitting their time between on-site at our 65 River Rd, Hudson, NH offices, and remotely** .

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + **Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance** , or related degree / equivalent experience

    + **2 years of relevant professional experience** , preferably within the defense industry, or at least within corporate finance more broadly.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

    + Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment

    + Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections

    + Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

    + Strong interpersonal skills

     

    Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Person.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Prior exp. in the Finance industry or working for a Defense Contractor

    + Analytical and problem solving skills

    + Capability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate and understandable manner

    + Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra

    + General knowledge of industry practices and standards

    + Experience implementing Earned Value Management processes

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
