Description

Under the general direction of Director of Clinical Operations - Medical Specialties for Providence Medical Group INWA, the Sr. Manager-Laboratory Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the technical divisions of the Providence Medical Group (PMG) laboratory.

Required qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

+ Coursework/Training and Graduation from an approved School of Medical Technology.

+ Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology **OR**

+ Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Society for Clinical Pathology **OR**

+ Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists

+ 8 years in an ambulatory or healthcare setting.

+ 8 years of experience in an increasingly responsible position in a clinical laboratory setting.

+ 8 years of Supervisory or Management experience in an ambulatory or acute health care setting.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Masters Degree in Laboratory Science, Health Science or Health Administration

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
