    Role Overview

    **Sodexo is Growing!** We are seeking an **Environmental Services/Custodial Manager 2** for **Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center** in **Wilmington, NC** . The EVS Manager will report to the Operations Manager at this 800 bed hospital, overseeing approximately 50 frontline housekeepers on 2nd and 3rd shift with rotating weekends and holidays.

    What You'll Do

    + be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;

    + provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

    + lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;

    + effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or

    + support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
