    Key Responsibilities:

    + Business Development (60%): Actively network to seek and secure new business opportunities. Enhance our capacity to win and sustain new contracts, ensuring the company's growth and expansion.

    + Operations Management (35%): Oversee day-to-day operations, aiming for the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. Implement strategies for continuous operational improvement.

    + Additional Duties (5%): Undertake other responsibilities as directed, contributing to the company's overall success.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proficient in medical terminology.

    + Minimum of 5 years in management experience.

    + A proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + MBA or equivalent qualification.

    + Background in emergency medical services (e.g., EMT, Paramedic).

    + Experience with medical billing, budget management, fleet management, HR, and government contracts.

    Salary Range:

    $135,000 – $150,000
