    As a Job Coach, you will engage directly with individuals, whether one-on-one or in group settings, across a variety of dynamic environments. This is your chance to share your expertise and create a fun, engaging learning experience!

     

    Forget the confines of a desk; you will be out in the field, working alongside participants. Join them in the training kitchen to cultivate their cooking skills while whipping up delicious meals, or guide them at various job sites to equip them with real-world skills tailored to different industries.     Job Coach Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + One year of work experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or in a vocational rehabilitation setting preferred.

    + Must possess a valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency driver standards.

     

    Work Schedule: Various schedules available including full time, part time and relief. Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
