    Role Overview:

    We're seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to join our Sales and Marketing team. In this key position, you'll shape the next generation of HVAC professionals through comprehensive training programs while representing Bard at major industry events. You'll have the opportunity to blend traditional classroom instruction with modern digital learning techniques, creating engaging content that elevates our training initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and deliver compelling training programs on Bard's HVAC systems, covering installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

    + Develop innovative instructional content across multiple platforms, including classroom materials, video productions, and online learning modules

    + Spearhead the development and implementation of our CEU certification program

    + Create and maintain professional relationships with customers through expert technical guidance

    + Lead training sessions both at our dedicated facility and at customer locations

    + Contribute technical expertise to our support team during non-training periods

    + Stay at the forefront of HVAC technology and Bard's evolving product line

    + Perform all other duties, as assigned

    Required Experience:

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    + An Associate's degree in HVAC technology (or related field) with hands-on experience, or 7+ years of industry experience

    + Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly

    + Experience in HVAC troubleshooting and system diagnostics

    + Strong presentation and public speaking abilities

    + Comfortable with travel (up to 50% of time) for on-site training delivery

    + Adaptability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Passion for teaching and technology
