    Position Overview:

    We are seeking CNC machinists with strong milling experience to set up and run 3, 4, and 5 axis machines independently. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a high-mix, low-volume setting.

    Responsibilities:

    * Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4, and 5 axis)

    * Machine mid-size parts (10" to 60" diameter)

    * Read and interpret blueprints, models, and setup sheets

    * Perform in-process inspections to ensure accuracy

    * Troubleshoot and adjust setups as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    * Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience (milling focus)

    * Ability to perform full setups and work independently

    * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    * Dependable and team-oriented

    Preferred Qualifications:

    * Experience with other CNC equipment (lathe, EDM, etc.)

    * Technical training or machining certifications

    * Familiarity with tight tolerance work
