Key Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines for Home Health services. * Prepare, submit, and track Medicare claims and required documentation. * Oversee OASIS documentation, care plans, and other regulatory paperwork. * Support agency audits and accreditation (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC, CHAP). * Stay updated on Medicare rules and industry changes that impact home health. * Assist with billing, authorizations, and patient eligibility verification. * Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain compliance. * Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping. * Oversee the entire home health agency's operations, including staff management, policy implementation and regulatory compliance. Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Medicare or CMS in compliance, billing, and coding. * Must have prior healthcare experience. * Strong familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation software. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations is a plus.
