    Description

    A thriving midsized defense firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of California civil litigation experience as a licensed attorney.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage an average of 25 files concurrently

    + Independently handle court appearances

    + Take and defend depositions

    + Conduct discovery

    + Draft motions

    + Trial prep

    + Billables: 1850/year

     

    Litigation Attorney candidates should have excellent writing skills and be willing to work onsite at least three times a week.
