    Description

    We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in Great Neck, New York. As a Payroll Specialist your role will involve handling payroll-related tasks, utilizing accounting software systems, and maintaining accurate records.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and execute bi-weekly payroll processing tasks

    • Utilize ADP for financial services and workforce management

    • Handle multi-state payroll operations ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations

    • Maintain precise records related to payroll and employee data

    • Resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees efficiently

    • Monitor and ensure accuracy of payroll data entries and updates

    • Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payroll data

    • Ensure all payroll activities adhere to established policies and regulations

    • Leverage ADP-Payroll software to enhance efficiency in payroll processing

    • Identify and implement improvements in payroll processes

    Requirements

    • Must possess proficiency in ADP - Payroll software.

    • Ability to manage and process Multi-state Payroll.

    • Capability to Process Bi-weekly Payroll efficiently.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required.

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex payroll calculations.

    • Good communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management regarding payroll issues.

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
