    Description

    We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Switchboard Operator at our location in OLEY, Pennsylvania. You will be the first point of contact for our team, supporting drivers and ensuring all incoming calls are directed to the appropriate department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily through the switchboard

    • Direct calls to the appropriate department or contact person

    • Provide prompt and efficient support to drivers by answering their inquiries

    • Operate multi-line switchboard systems and manage a high volume of calls

    Requirements

    • Ability to perform clerical duties is essential.

    • Experience with multi-line switchboard operations is necessary.

    • Expertise in general switchboard operations is a prerequisite.
