• Accounting Manager/Supervisor

    Description

    We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves overseeing all accounting functions, including but not limited to, adjusting entries, financial statements, work in progress schedules, and supervising AP and Payroll. The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the CFO and President.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the work of 1-2 team members in the accounting department

    • Handle all accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance

    • Create and adjust entries as required

    • Produce comprehensive financial statements for internal use

    • Maintain work in progress schedules efficiently

    • Supervise all activities related to Accounts Payable and Payroll

    • Use Accounting Software Systems and ERP

    • Oversee the Accounts Receivable process to ensure timely collection

    • Perform auditing and billing functions as per the requirement.

    Requirements

    • Accounting/Finance Degree

    • Construction Industry experience

    • Proficient in ERP, Foundation Software Experience a plus

    • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required

    • Must be experienced in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

    • Month End, Financial Statements

    • Proficiency in Billing Functions is desirable.
