    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

    • Oversight of receivables, payables, payroll, commissions and financial reporting

    • Journal entries and analysis

    • Complete bank and trading reconciliations

    • Perform monthly analysis of income statement and balance sheet items

    • Chart of accounts

    • Collaborate with Finance Director to create budgets and cost controls

    • Financial and key metric reporting

    • Budgeting, auditing, taxes

    Requirements

    + Management experience

    + Accounting Degree (CPA is a plus)

    + Strong Reconciliation skills

    + Looking for more accounting background than financial.

    + Dealer/broker experience would be a plus (Said they do not want Investment banking background)

    + Auditing background a plus
