Description We are in search of an Attorney Recruiter to join our team. As an Attorney Recruiter, your primary role will be to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hiring decisions. You will need to collaborate with different stakeholders, attend recruitment-related events, and manage communication with candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Plan for hiring needs by actively collaborating with stakeholders.
• Identify potential candidates through engagement with search firms, alumni organizations, and other resources.
• Manage the interview process and ensure timely follow-up with applicants.
• Prepare and present post-interview evaluations to decision-makers.
• Draft offer letters for selected candidates.
• Represent the company at law school recruitment events, hiring fairs, and relevant conferences.
• Develop recruitment materials and brochures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance recruitment efforts on the website and social media.
• Support the Summer Clerk program and administer the associate mentorship program for detail-oriented growth.
• Travel between offices and to relevant events to support recruitment efforts.
• Assist with retention efforts, such as conducting surveys and stay interviews. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in attorney recruiting.
• Demonstrated skills in recruiting, specifically within the legal field.
• Proficiency in recruitment sourcing, with a focus on identifying and attracting attorney talent.
• Expertise in talent sourcing strategies to ensure the acquisition of high-quality legal candidates.
• Ability to effectively manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with potential candidates.
• Strong knowledge of the legal industry and its specific requirements for attorneys.
• Capacity to work independently and make informed recruitment decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
