CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer Cloud FullStack opening for our client in New York, NY.

**Location:** New York, NY

**Duration:** 7 months

Duties:

+ Design, develop, and maintain large-scale enterprise applications using Java and the Spring framework.

+ Implement RESTful web services and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

+ Write unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to maintain high test coverage.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production and test environment issues.

+ Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.

+ Contribute to cloud-native application development in a public or private cloud environment.

+ Follow established software development methodologies and perform due diligence in all lifecycle stages including analysis, build, and testing.

Skills:

+ Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot

+ Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms

+ Experience with Oracle databases

+ Skilled in using Git for version control

+ Familiarity with Jenkins, JUnit, and Mockito

+ Experience developing REST web services

+ Good to have knowledge of gRPC/Netty

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Experience:

+ 6–9 years of experience in building and maintaining large-scale applications

+ Prior experience working in cloud environments (public or private) strongly preferred

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
