    Front Desk staff is responsible for accommodating hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests issuing room keys or cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.

     

    Hiring day shifts.

    Position Requirements

    front desk experience preferred but willing to train.

     

    Computer skills a must.

     

    Excellent customer service skills required.Problem solving skills would be a plus.Must be available weekends and holidays
