    What You'll Do

    + Manage all purchasing and budget oversight for food production

    + Provide hands-on leadership to utility staff ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and food safety

    + Oversee floor stock management and maintain accurate documentation

    + Support catering services using the CaterTrax system

    + Drive accountability through FMS documentation of pre- and post-production numbers

    + Collaborate with peers and hospital leaders to elevate service and efficiency

    + Experience with unionized staff is a plus

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
